If the item has been used, damaged, or altered in any way, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a fee based on the condition of the item. - Refunds: Once we have received and processed the returned item in accordance with our policy, we will review the item to ensure it meets our return requirements. If everything is in order, we will refund the full amount you paid for the item, including the original shipping cost, within a reasonable timeframe.
